It all depends on license level. That unit comes with level 4 license. So 20 simultaneous user manager users is the maximum.

As I know, the hAP series does not support usermanager because of low memory.

THe hap **lite ** do not support user manager, for the other hap please download all_packages-mipsbe zip file containing more packages including the user manager package user-manager-6.xx-mipsbe.npk, then install it on your hap
