Using the Extra Channels

Today I got hold of my distributor and I upgraded the licences on two of our radios to include the extra channels.

I have a couple of 27dBi grids that operate in the 5275 - 5375 range but have been experiencing problems with them as there are many other people on 5280, 5300 and 5320.

The hardware is RB433AH both sides.
The radios are R52H both sides.

After I’d loaded the new licences, I rebooted the machines and suddenly I had a huge list of frequencies to choose from after I’d changed the frequency mode to “superchannel”.

I set both radios to 5340MHz and lo and behold, no connection.
I then tried 5360MHz and exactly the same thing.

The bottom line is that I can establish connections as long as they are within the old frequency range, but there’s just no way I can establish connections in the extra channel range.

What must I do or set to use these new channels?

Oh yes, Snooper also doesn’t snoop on the new channels. Only the old ones.

Thanks.

you must add in the scan list at station side the used freq.

Sorry to sound like an idiot, but can you give me an example please?
