If you have bridge just disable rstp and DHCP server will work again.

Confirming this. My WAP AC is hopping all over the place. The device hasn’t physically moved since installation where it has been very happily running indoors on a ground floor on 5500 MHz. I can confirm too. Router hAP ac v6.38.3 - Country Spain. Downgrade to 6.38.1 and no more RADAR problems.
