They are supported five years AFTER discontinued. This is the official Mikrotik policy. The RB1100AH2 may very well have been launched at 2011, but was still being sold at a much more recent date. So, doesn't matter when something was launched, only when it was discontinued.

Checking Archive.org:
The page got updated to discontinued somewhere between April and August 2019.
But this topic states it was in 2017:
is RB1100AHx2 production going to stop?

Both is more than 5 years ago.
So its now technically EOL
