we have a problem with our WISP, we have Cloud Router OS were it is a PPPoE Server , L2TP Tunnel to Cloud RouterBoard in our Company and from there go every thing to our Customers over Wireless.
Customers get PPPoE Client and surf Internet every one with his own Public IP getting from the Cloud Router OS .
the problem is that some Users using Netflix the Movie watching Service.
Netflix website wont let Customer watch the movies saying there is Proxy Detectet .
i believe that is coming from Netflix because of the Internet Traffic over VPN (L2TP) .
is there a way to Fool Netflix to not recognize that nternet comming to customers over L2tp VPN?

you will need to contact Netflix and convince them that your clients are legit.

Nothing at all. They are blocking your IP address.

No, you can’t convince them. Region basic services like Hulu & Netflix Can’t be accessed VPN in a legit way. They continuously keep on blocking VPN servers to restrict the illegal use of their service. Even I had chat with Netflix support team and this what they told me.
