VPN Works with PPTP but not with L2TP

Hi Everyone

Ive been stuck now trying to figure out how to connect to my Hap Lite via VPN, It works with no issues with PPTP but when i try connect with L2TP Windows gives me an error that there is a Firewall or Nat or some kind of issue.
Ive tried by opening port 500, 4500, 1701 and 443 but same thing.
I have seen some packets being picked up when I try to connect in the firewall so something is happening?


Any advice or know where I can look for to find out what is blocking it?

Does your hap lite have a public ip assigned to it, or is it behind some other router with some ports forwarded?

Been trying to test this but my Rain internet is so bad i keep getting a network intermittent error so will get back to you with how it went as soon as i can drop the router off somewhere
