We have a isp(internet service provider) about 100Mb BW
We are currently using Web proxy Mikrotik (CHR)
But Web proxy has a several problem.
1-It doesn’t Cached When The user Download with internet download manager (Multi session)
2-The option is not the amount of RAM used (chr Ver 6.4.8)
I think These are problem Web proxy.
Caching proxies in 2021 with most websites running TLS nowadays, is… oxymoron.
Web Caching proxy tools still exist in 2021? Crazy.

The Most Update Servers are Http Protocol.
What about squid/nginx/varnish?
Squid-Cache is the general solution for http/1.x .
If you have a specific service you want to cache there might be a solution for this specific issue.
What do you need it for? windows updates?
Multi session download method of Download manager might not be compatible with just any webproxy cache.
