web-proxy at a remote MT

i have a remote MT , i just want to enable the web-proxy in it by redirecting port 80 to 3128 , access denied message from the web-proxy ..
so i have now 2 web-proxy enabled in the main MT and the remote MT , the problem is when i enable web-proxy at the remote MT ,clients connected to that remote will get access denied
!! by disabling it the can browse easily !!! is there a special way to run web-proxy at remote MT connected to the main one ?? different ports or anything ??

note : at log it gives TCP_NEGATIVE HIT !!!

i just found that if I disable port 80 connections redirecting connections ( in main MT) coming from the remote MT , clients connected to remote MT can browse and web-proxy at remote MT will run fine , so i came to this result which I dont found logical : client cant use two web-proxy in 2 MT connected together !!!

client-----------MT2----------------------------------MT1------------------internet
redirect 80 to 3128 … no redirect from MT2 port 80 to 3128
