web proxy error while clearing cache ¿¿??

Why I am getting this error when I want to clear the cache
web proxy error while clearing cache: failed to clear cache

and when i want to enable cache this error appear

web-proxy error while restoring cache: squid cache is corrupted, will try to restore, restarting

If cache is on seperate disk:
/ip web-proxy format-drive

If cache is on system disk:
/system check-disk
and after that
/ip web-proxy clear-cache
