Yes - it looks like you need to turn the cache off. Fomat the cache again, and then check the cache drive. Once that all works again then you can re-enable the proxy…

can you tel me how can i create cache Drive ?

It’s in the manual…
Winbox, then IP, Web-Proxy. Once there go to the first tab, click on the ‘settings’ tab. This takes you to another window that has all the settings for the web-proxy drive including selecting the drive, stopping the proxy, sizing it, formating and checking the drive for errors..
