i hav two RB133C an hav licnece level 4 on both them. but one hav got ROS version 2.9.38 and the second hav got ROS version 2.9.34. below are the snapshot of these two RB
question:-
why i am not able to see extrachannels in RB which hav got ROS version 2.9.34 ???
ohhhhhhhh is this question is very difficult that no one can able to reply…
this soft ID: ph6y-3tt doesn’t have extra channel license.

no, extra-channels is license feature, not version feature, extra channels cost 10$ more than license without it.
