None, AFAIK. MikroTik refuses to sell anything with a high capacity global modem.
We use the TelIt LM960A18 (which are miniPCIe but now discontinued/legacy), or some external USB modem, or a different vendor.
I have not opened some of the newer models to see myself, but AFAIK nothing has a M.2 slot for LTE/5G since the new devices are embedded without headers.
You can use an M.2 adapter to the miniPCIe on some of the routerboard products. Stuff like wAPacR and LtAP will get you >300Mb/s over miniPCIe since they are USB 3.0 But the wAP is only 16MB, and lack AX or BE devices for the Wi-Fi part.
The best you can do is use USB to external modem, which can offer MBIM so it appears same as a one connected via miniPCIe/M.2. Maybe they have plans from some wAPax "R" with a M.2 slot for 5G, which allow you use your modem module. But it still be better if they sold one with a decent worldwide modem as a higher end offering.
i did not quite understand why mikrotik is dropping the ball on the US market, UBIQUITI already rolled out a 5G modem outdoors and indoors variants ,that is quite speedy but you need to follow their ECO-System ( use a dream machine "controller" ) for the modem to work ( that sukkk )

i do not mind that as i am using dedicated acces points for the WIFI7 part
but the lack of m.2 B-key support bugs me out!!
i really like mikrotik OS , but they are concentrating on the EU side of things

You might want to check with the distributor to see if they offer a "R" model without modem, or perhaps they order them that way, IDK.
On the modem, I'd have to imagine the similar Quetel will work, although you have to be aware that it might need to be set to various modes first via AT commands. But typically the modems use a semi-standard (Windows spec, Linux+RouterOS adopted) protocol called MBIM. So, generally, speaking most higher capacity modems from past few years should work since most support MBIM. Although what mode a modem module ships is more variable. Now, what sometimes differ is the stats or passthough or bands... since different models report things subtly different and/or MikroTik uses various scheme to get/set things like CQI/RSRx/RSSI/"bands"/etc.
The bigger worry be if you planned to use Verizon. While it marked a "Cerified", that only the modem meets the specs, but Verizon requires their own device testing. So you cannot activate a SIM on Verizon using the IMEI of the modem.
As I said, you might (perhaps not) have to issue a at-chat to switch modes , but I'm pretty confident it's "come up" and for TMobile/AT&T it likely work. Verizon would require the LaMP to go through its "device certifications" (which requires a certified modem)
thankfully i use ATT so i think i will be good, my only concern is that mikrotik list on the device model number, the soldered version of the quectel chip, so i guess there is no way to disable it if it is soldered, another thing is that they list an m.2 slot but do not state if it is KEY B ( modem ) or just a SSD M.2 slot
if they offer the lamp with no modem just the m.2 modem socket it will be awsome,
they do that already with some WAP models ( mini PCIE slot )
you can search a mikrotik with a usb3 port, capable to accept an adapter m2 to usb3 (i'm using a waveshare one)so you can select the version of quectel or fibocom modem, or in the future upgrade it.
be careful when you choose the modem, especially a quectel one, due to bands restrictions by 5g/bts
