I don’t have dude running, and winbox only accessible by local network.
“Accessible by local network” by specifying permitted IP addresses under IP->service->Winbox? If so, your firewall is leaky, so it allows the connection attempts from the internet to reach the Winbox process, which rejects the connection due to the configuration of permitted addresses and logs the event.
What does your /ip firewall export show? What’s your device model?

I rechecked my firewall rule and found that some firewall rules were over-dragged.
