When i use web-proxy internet is wery low

I enable web proxy, www speed is lower when proxy disable www speed is faster.
I use masquarade in firewall and 80 port redirect to 1080.

0 chain=dstnat in-interface=LAN protocol=udp dst-port=53 action=redirect to-ports=53

1 X chain=dstnat in-interface=LAN protocol=tcp dst-port=80 action=redirect to-ports=1080

When rule 1 is disable www speed is fast and when enable is low.
I use transparent proxy.
And when proxy is enable queue tree witch http packets mark not work.
Can i matching 1080 port connection for http queue tree?
