Lol…never ever use VLAN id 1, it is already in use implicitely.
Anything higher than 1 will do (though it is probably limited).

In regards to asking for support, instead of posting screenshots please share the config:
/export file=anynameyoulike
Run above command on terminal and share the content of the file ewithout serial and any other private information.
