i can’t login winbox through global ip from another ISP

Make sure that ISP is not blockin winbox port.

i m facing problem with same isp while subnetmask and gate is different also telnet is not working of mikrotik with putty .

Instead of using a pirated version, buy a license, run a recent version and ask for help again.
