Okay, agree the icon's audio association might be a problem. Now in fairness WinBox ain't an audio tape recorder either 
Perhaps always using the ↻ "Refresh" icon, for both "Live" and "Pause" solve the problem - since tied it back what is really is, "auto-refresh". But I like brevity of "Live" and "Pause"... And still like more colors-based indicators.
