Why when I connect locally to Winbox it works great, but remotely I can’t connect to Winbox? The firewall rule is properly configured and set to the third position before the drop on port 8291. Do you have a solution?
Do you have public IP on router’s WAN interface?
What do you mean remotely connect to winbox?
The ONLY WAY TO CONNECT TO WINBOX safely, is locally.
So either you are on the LAN already OR
You VPN in remotely like using wireguard, and then acccess Winbox.
I do that with PC or even my iphone.
No one here is going to help you open up winbox to the internet, and if they do then you have found evil
