WINBOX PROBLEM

Wimbox closes itself after logging into my CCR. The current firmware is 7.13.5. I’m also having problems with the mobile app.

You are probably referring to Winbox?

Are both Winbox and the app up to date?
What version of RouterOS are you running?
Are you connecting by IP?
Do you have the same issues when you connect by MAC address?
What exact CCR model are you using?

This is a known issue happening to many many people.
Its seemingly random and happens on all my devices from time to time, no rhyme or reason but started for me at some iteration of version 7…
probably also after the last major winbox update as well. Try logging in and out of winbox, unplugging devices…

Clearing the Winbox cache seems to help most of the time.
