Winbox shows empty config and keeps dissconecting

Hello,

I have a problem with devices on my network. The problem is that although I can see all devices in winbox, after logging into router 2 (second office) winbox shows me an empty configuration and after about 10 seconds it drops the connection. After a while it connects again and the problem looks exactly the same. After connecting to router 1 winbox works without any problems. Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, I would very much appreciate your help. Connection drawing in the attachment.

Where is the PC that you are using connected to? By that I mean are you connected to a LAN on Router 1, Router 2, something else?
If you physically plug into the router that you can’t access (rather than accessing across the tunnel), does it work?
What version of WinBox are you using?
Are you trying to access via a MAC or IP address?
Can you export and post the configuration of the router that you can access? To export and paste your configuration (and I’m assuming you are using WebFig or Winbox), open a terminal window, and type (without the quotes) “/export hide-sensitive file=any-filename-you-wish”. Then open the files section and right click on the filename you created and select download in order to download the file to your computer. It will be a text file with whatever name you saved to with an extension of .rsc. Suggest you then open the .rsc file in your favorite text editor and redact any sensitive information. Then in your message here, click the code display icon in the toolbar above the text entry (the code display icon is the 7th one from the left and looks like a square with a blob in the middle). Then paste the text from the file in between the two code words in brackets.

Did you find the solution? - I have exactly the same issue

winbox shows me an empty configuration

Happend to me when I had a (very) slow connection. (Did set the wifi TX rate to 30Kbps by accident in a test setup, and had that problem.)
Looks like WinBox is showing the config windows immediatly, and then has to wait for the content to show. (With 30Kbps it was around 10 sec)
If the content doesn’t come, then I do expect a disconnect.

Suggestion: check the connection and connection speed with router2 (EoIP tunnel ?)

Thanks. In the mean time I have solved it with lowering the MTU.
