Winbox source code for Bada smartphones?

Hi, I was wondering if available source code of Winbox, to make a “BadaBox” running on Bada OS smartphones.
Not complete Winbox, of course, just simplest operations avoiding to connect PC.

Or is already under testing similar?

You can use webfig, it has almost all winbox features and is platform independent
