Hi All, I did not know where to put this.

I have started to have this issue on my main PC winbox “Could not save configurations” I pretty sure its a rights issue.

I created a local c:\winbox folder and ran it from there and still the same thing. It was on a network share.
I import an address.WBX i get “Could not save configurations”
I can use a clean winbox and add/set same thing. “Could not save configurations”
Space is great 300gb free

Ideas.

Go here, and after a backup, delete all:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Mikrotik\Winbox

If for some reason you can not delete all, something keep locked the file, probably anuther winbox session (on another user?).
Check the processs on exection if some istance of winbox is locked.
Reboot the device for try to solve the problem.
