Which Wireguard app and where did you get the QR code from?
The iPhone app asks for config file or QR code. Also manual option. Windows app same except no QR code option.

If you mean like the attched picture then it all depends on you’ve allready installed you own or use an existing wireguard endpoint (server) that may supply you with all the details that the mobile client is asking for, either throug the a QR code (which the server must provide if available), using a preconfigured Wireguard config file or manually be entering all the info by hand.

I create from scratch but that is to an MT device acting as server for the connection.

If you want to create config from QR, create config with wireguard config generator: https://www.wireguardconfig.com/, paste config text into some QR code generator, eg. https://goqr.me/ and scan generated QR from app.
Bump, https://www.wireguardconfig.com actually generates QR code for configuration so you don’t need to use extra QR code generator…
I rather generate the QR code locally.
