I have one backhaul link that sometimes disconnects every three hours, like clockwork… It doesn’t do this all of the time, and the same thing happens no matter what frequency that I use… Has anyone heard of this happenning before?

have you reported this to support@mikrotik.com which a support output file witch is made right after the disconnect?
the WLAN connection will loss !
I restart the interface, than it works for the next 3 - 7 days!
Have tried 2 different mainboards.

Did someone realy use this os?
No , I haven’t, because they are working on much more important problems for me right now, and I do not want to distract them…
