Wireless performance issue with hapac2

Hello,

We recently bought a one hAP ac2 as a main router for our office network and 2 cAP ac in order to configure our Wi-Fi network using CapsMan.
We noted some issues with the CapsMan configuration and switched back to the simple setup. Now we have just one hAP ac2 as an access point with ~ 25 connected devices.

Now we periodically experience some wireless connection issue and can’t identify the cause. Ping to the router is not so stable, it can be 2ms and 2000ms. It is fluctuate and periodically data is not loaded at all and voice calls very often affected.

Such unstable ping is with just 2 laptops, 1 phone, 2 smart home devices and one RB-951G.

Configuration

  1. We use 2.4GHz-only-N(20/40GHz XX)/auto and 5GHZ-only-AC(20/40/80MHz XXX)/auto
  2. We have 2 Wi-Fi networks - for employees and guests
  3. We have correspondingly 2 bridges for our setup
  4. Some firewall rules and OpenVPN configured
  5. We use latest stable RouterOS 6.47.4

Question
Can someone share their experience. It is related to this device or something can be wrong with the configuration?
It is very simple setup, but it don’t seem to work stable right now.

We changed Channel Width to the 2.4GHz - 20/40GHz Ce and 5GHZ - 20/40/80MHz Ceee.

For 5GHz clients ping is now more stable in case of the traffic/speed test.
