Wireless wire cube, what should I do?

As usualy I’m lucky to get broken hardware…

In short, there is something loose inside.

Should I RMA it? or open and fix by myself? does opening voids waranty?

I apologize for the necrobump on this thread… But a problem I’m having seems to be similar to what OP described in the first post, but the Google Drive shared file link is dead… I was wondering if it could be shared again?
I just purchased a Wireless Wire Cube set, and on one of my cubes, there is something that is rumbling around inside of it. As if something broke off inside. I was tempted to open it up to see, but did not want to void the warranty or break it further.
I’ve submitted a ticket to the official supplier that I purchased it from to try to get an RMA going, but haven’t heard back from them yet.
