Phones use IPSec tunnels for WiFi-calling. If I create a WireGuard tunnel and set it as a default route, would phone use it to make calls, creating a IPSec-tunnel-inside-WireGuard-tunnel situation or would default RouterOS policies pick-up on IPSec traffic and route it separately?

Unless otherwise routed (PBR and Mangle), it will get encapsulated inside Wireguard
