I am facing many difficulties trying to upgrade. Maybe it is just me, but maybe it helps:

calculating download size lasts forever. It does not do anything further.

I tried dowloading it and rebooting. It did not work either.

I tried android app as well... Did not work either.

My device is rb4011igs+rm

I am far from being a network guru, but upgrading has been a straightforward procedure until now.

Maybe this issue: Firmware downloads are slow and often fail
