My T-Mobile eSIM card can't connect to the internet. I did everything according to the instructions in the Mikrotik video. The eSIM is activated, the PIN is disabled, and yet the internet doesn't work. Please help.
Check how you have set the APN, see here:
eSIMs may have other different problems, however, support for them has been added only recently and there may be some corners still needing rounding.

The ATL 5G does not have LTE bands for US T-Mobile is why I ask.

This is not true.
I have few ATL 5G with WORKING T-Mobile (Poland) eSIMs.
For sure there is an issue either from Mikrotik or T-Mobile as I have also simillar problems with activations. Sometimes the eSIM works, sometimes not (since 2 weeks it is not working at all with Mikrotik).
What is more important I have no issues with T-Mobile eSIMs once installed on Teltonika devices. What is interesting the service that is working on Teltonika (eSIM) after installing on ATL (new esim generated) is not working.
I’m actually pushing TMobile to solve this issue.
Other carrier eSIMs (Play) are working.

The issue is solved now.
I don’t know if it was fixed by T-Mobile (we have a discussion with them about it) or by Mikrotik.
The T-Mobile Polska e-SIMs are now working correctly with ATL 5G upgraded to 7.21.1. On 7.19 stil NOT.
Installation is tricky because after downloading the e-SIM we must “Deactivate” it and “Activate” again in the eSIM setting on Mikrotik. After that it is activating and working.
