I’m currently trying to buy anywhere in Europe the hAP be3 Media new WiFi 7 router but I could not find it available in any store. I believe it is in short supply. Does any know where could i buy it?
Getic is usually listed as a good distributor. I usually buy from InstantByte/CiudadWireless in Spain and I can say they are awesome. If you want, you can purchase it from them and they will deliver it as soon as they receive stock, they don't impose any purchasing restrictions when they are out of stock.
If you buy it like that, they will send you emails with news about your order.
So my distributor said to me that Mikrotik should send them their units on May 22nd and they will receive them a week later IF Mikrotik doesn't move that date.
I dont think Mikrotik officially released product yet…. Everywhere u try buy says out of stock. And when u speak to thek they say waiting for Mikrotik to send the units. It was initially supposed to be 19th April but day shifted now to 19th May and they said could shift again.
I usually use InstantByte/CiudadWireless and I really like them. Actually I have done several MikroTik training courses with them 
However, they’ve told me they are out of stock until July…
I just got information from my distributor, Mikrotik moved shipping date to mid june now...
Seeing how long it takes from a device announcement to actual availability, is it really such a bad thing that MikroTik rarely shares announcements, timelines, or roadmaps? Otherwise, we would probably just end up waiting. 
The thing with announcements (be it timelines or roadmaps) is that they have to get realized in announced time frame. And if MT (due to internal or external reasons) can not commit to realizing things in some certain timeframe, then it's better not to announce things too much in advance but rather on short notice. Which might be unfortunate for people who want/have to plan things well in advance ... but it's better for company's reputation (because announcements get realized as promised).
It would be nice if @normis can give us more information about what is the reason for the delays.

They have declared it as "professionaly installed device" to get around sales restrictions in the US.
Or maybe only because properly configuring a Mikrotik is mindboggingly complicated (largely because of vague, outdated or mis-directing documentation and missing examples) and only a professional[1] can make head or tail of RouterOS, particularly when it comes to wifi and CAPSMAN/CAPS. 
[1] though amateurs willing to spend way too much time on the forum and documentation may manage to create a working configuration.
I agree with you that MikroTIk isn't obvious to configure via WinBox, that's why they have their own apps to configure for home. However, when you are in the professional sector it is muuuch better than many other brands. Is it as easy to setup via WinBox? Probably not... Is it easier to maintain and troubleshoot? Definetely yest! Is it easier to configure when you need more fine-grained things? Definetely yes!
If you want something plug-and-play without being able to do VPN tunnels, containers, routing, vlans, advance WiFi, hotspot and much more, probably MikroTik might be overkill. But any professional brand might be overkill as well...

I would generally submit this as a separate feature request as well, but briefly here: it would be very helpful if WinBox displayed the default value for every field. This would make it much easier for users to understand where they have changed settings from the defaults. At the moment, that isn't obvious.
What's going on with be3 Media? It was originally supposed to be April, then May, then June, and now I see retailers listing it no earlier than July... I can't take the wait any longer

Manufactured does not mean shipped to customers.
Engineering also needs some material to test etc ...
So you mean like: first produce some devices. stop the manufacturing line after some engineering samples. Send back these devices to Mikrotik engineering for inspection. Do some adjustments and the manufacture again some devices. repeat until engineering gives ok. is this how you meant it?
