Depends on how you define "manufactured" and for what purpose.
Back in the days ('90s-'00s) when I was working in a electronic assembly production facility for Alcatel, we made plenty of assemblies purely for engineering purposes. We could make fully functional prototypes within 2 or 3 days which for that time was really fast (obviously provided all required components were sourced upfront).
Some 100% MANUALLY assembled, some semi-automatic, some fully automatic. Depending on how far in the development phase engineering was.
It could even be we made ten/hundred of thousands of final products, shipped to customers, before the complete process was moved to "low cost" countries (at that time it was mostly towards China).
All "manufactured" in the literal sense of that term but the moment in life-cycle and end-purpose could vary quite a bit.
So for me it is perfectly possible to have manufacturing start in February yet still have nothing for customers in June.
Even a company like Valve can set release dates for their products. Should't be so hard for a small indie router company.

The good Mikrotik guys are very fast with software, often releasing it well before it is ready, hardware is different.

I seem to remember that Alcatel was never mentioned for the "Year xxxx fastest time to market" award, maybe not the best example/reference.
Most of the initial ADSL boom, has passed through our factory (and VDSL and XDSL).
Again, at that time, getting engineering samples from design within 2 or 3 days back on their desk, was incredibly fast.
But again, concepts are being mixed.
Time to market is something entirely different then making prototypes.
New update from distributor. Mikrotik moved the shipping date again, this time it's 4th of August...
Soo, we can expect hAP be3 to be a Christmas gift.
Really Mikrotik ? At least have decency to explain to us why are you delaying the shipment... Is something wrong with device ?

I cancelled today. Tested my ISP’s gateway monstrosity gateway has 6 GHz WiFi 7. Outside of the room with the WiFi, the speed isn’t significantly better than my wAP ax at 5 GHz / 160 hz. Will wait for either the hEX Pro or the hAP Be Lite. The former is more powerful than my Pi 4 and the latter is reasonably priced.

But end of June would be a dream. My resellers say be3 media will arrive 10.07 and 20.07
What ISP gateway you have? I would imagine 6ghz 320mhz channel should be "a little" faster than the wap ax. But not marginally after just 1 solid wall. (Especially if you have a wall with plenty of metal inside)
My ISP’s device is a Comcast XB8. Modem, router, access point all in one.
The wAP AX does 1,200 Mbps in the same room reliably on my laptop. One floor above it gets 650 Mbps. The XB8 and hAP ax3 (router) are colocated and have to pass through two exterior walls plus an interior wall. The hAP manages 150 - 250 Mbps. The XB8 on 6 GHz is completely blocked. So, where I need to position the hAP be3 yields little benefit over the hap AX3. I'm better off with a hEX Pro or other as my router and moving the hAP to a better location to act an as AP. I'm trying to decide amongst another wAP ax, a hEX Pro, and a hEX Lite be. I'd be satisfied with 500 Mbps.
Also, only my phone can do WiFi 7 at 6 GHz. My laptop does WifI 6E. Main computer and TV device are ethernet.
I got caught up in the excitement of WiFi 7 6 GHz. But, for my use case, there is little benefit. It's probably the same for many. (Of course the hAP be3 has useful features other than 6 GHz wifi.)
How is this measured? The wap ax has a gigabit port. Can you push 1200mbps between 2 wireless devices?
It's the maximum PHY speed for 80 MHz channel and 2×2 MIMO with Wi-Fi 6 using 1024‑QAM modulation. Similar to the 866 Mbps values you see with Wi-Fi 5 ac. The client devices will show this as "Link Speed" in their Wireless properties. Of course, real possible throughput is usually about 60%-80% of PHY speed only, and that's half-duplex. So with 1200 Mbps you'll get about 960Mbps max half-duplex real throughput, well within the limit of GbE.
I assumed this is a measured value. Not the one shown by "link speed". The wap ax has 5ghz 160mhz and rated 2400mbps. So could it be possible?
Of course, that 2400Mbps limit (from 160 MHz channel and 2×2 MIMO with 1024‑QAM) is not achievable in one single direction, however, that limit, when displayed by your client in their "Link Speed" status is still very useful, because it shows that your Wi-Fi client is able to make use of 160 MHz channel and 2×2 MIMO and 1024‑QAM.
And 1024‑QAM is only possible when the client is very near the access point. With more distance, obstacles, interferences, the clients will drop to lower modulation settings. So let's assume we have two clients sitting next to the AP and both showing current PHY speed 2400 Mbps. They will not be able to reach the wired network with anything faster than the 1 Gbps limit in one direction of the GbE port. But don't forget that Wi-Fi is half-duplex and shared medium. That 2400 Mbps ceiling multiply with a max realistic 80% factor after removing all overhead, means that a client might be able to send and receive at near Gbps speed at the same time (instead of in only one direction or only 480Mbps in both direction with a PHY speed of 1200 Mbps) to the wired network.
Also, because it's a shared medium, if the AP only supports 2×2 MIMO (not 4×4 for example), and all clients also support 2×2 (that's usually the case), a PHY limit of 1200 Mbps with 80 MHz means that two laptops connected to the same AP will not be able to transfer anything faster than 480 Mbps between them. When Laptop 1 is sending to the AP, Laptop 2 must sit idle, not receiving or transmitting anything. And when the AP is relaying the data to Laptop 2, Laptop 1 must pause sending.
If both laptops and the AP supports 160 MHz channel and the laptops sit next to the AP, then in theory, you can transfer data from one laptop to the other at > 900 Mbps in one direction if both says that their PHY speed is 2400 Mbps.
As mentioned above, the 1,200 Mbps is what my software says. (MacOS). Actual speed is 900. Not sure if that is 1 Gb port or WiFi limited. Laptop and phone are only devices on that 5 GHz radio.
The wAP is connected to a hAP ax3 1 Gb port.
I would think that most home users would be 90+ percent of the way there with Quick Config . . .
