It was supposed to be around 25.6. But today I looked and it moved to 23.7..
I have ordered (and paid) from i4wifi.cz in January
... its flustrating....
My dealer keeps pushing the date, April-May-June-July.... now from 26.7 to 6.8.
31.07 for me now ![]()
I no longer have any hope that it will arrive before Christmas.
What frustrates me the most is the lack of information from Mikrotik. At least let us know where the problem is.
But that's completely fucked up, today my supplier moved it again, from 6.8. to 12.9. This is a serious shame and food for thought.
I've checked at this morning two distributors in Poland, both stated 07.07.2026, now one of them indicating 04.08.2026.
Looks like some supply-chain issue with Qualcomm chips
You're doing well, Czech Republic, mid-September - maybe even Santa Claus won't make it.
Since Mikrotik has a beaver of silence, I see it as a problem for them.
Apple has just raised prices on most leading products by about 20% owing to chip costs, mainly RAM. I suspect Mikrotik operates on thinner margins than fat Apple, so there may be issues around price and availability.
Really?
As if they were on the cheap before...
I don't understand, hap be lite is available in stock at my distributor, and it has 128/512. Zeby really because of the prices of the chips
Looking at the competition theyre A LOT more expensive than the be3 even If they feature less ram.
While the be lite is just a tat cheaper (or sometimes more expensive)
But there are diffrences:
A42G-HbeP -> Mediatek/Airoha, 512MB RAM DDR3, mostly SoC
MA53UG+HbeH -> Qualcomm, 2GB DDR4 and separate switch chip
Also, there are diffrent specs in page/block diagram:
IPQ-5322 / QCM-8083 / QXM-8086
or
IPQ-5322 / QCN6274
Or maybe Qualcomm has supply issues where Mediatek doesn’t
If the mikrotik doesn't speak up, the only problem is the mikrotik. Everything else is just speculation.
Hello,
I just want to share the information about this « delay » :
Many of you are awaiting delivery of the new hAP BE³ Media, announced last December. Unfortunately, following production, MikroTik’s quality control detected a functional anomaly. MikroTik was therefore forced to go back to the drawing board and recall all the units that had already been boxed and were ready to be shipped.
The information come from the resseler Azurtem.
Kind regards
Sad news if true, but understandable. Fingers crossed for MT team for quick solution.
In my opinion, it's better for them to take a bit longer instead of shipping a product to consumers with design flaws that will be difficult (and potentially more expensive) to fix later. It's rare to see that nowadays, but it actually makes me trust the brand more, especially if they're transparent about it. We all understand that production errors happen, especially given how incredibly complex router design is these days. I hope and am convinced that it'll be a great product despite the current delays
