I bought last day the product Chateau LTE12 with SIM Wind3 (Italy).
I set it up and the results are quite satisfactory (45 mbps against 11 mbps in ADSL).
I’ve set up to capture the 1 3 7 20 bands.
I wanted to know if there are terminal commands to do an aggregation of 2 or more bands as primary to increase the flow in mbps.
The OS version is v7.1 beta3
I have tried these commands but I do not notice differences:

It’s full automatic. I use Chateau with Wind3 too, and the 3CA (inside the list of allowed bands) always works (i reached 180 down and 65 up with B7+B3+B1 with external antennas on the roof).
Check on lteitaly. It’s map the bands on your bts.
Good morning,
In fact I immediately searched the BTS near my house and I noticed that I just have one less than 600mt visible from the roof.
Now I’m waiting for the weekend to get on the roof to install the antenna (lowcostmobile 2x2 Mimo 4G/5G).
Without antenna I also have peaks of 70 mbps in B3.
I hope I can increase the download speed again.
Have you changed any parameters in the configuration or all automatically?
I reach up to 140 mbps with external antenna.
In my opinion I can reach high speeds but for now I only stop at 140 mbps.
You have CA working:
primary-band: B3@20Mhz earfcn: 1650 phy-cellid: 88
ca-band: B1@10Mhz earfcn: 150 phy-cellid: 88,B20@10Mhz earfcn: 6200
The distance to the cell tower means nothing as it depends also on the capacity on number of people connected
to it.
What I see is that the B1 is very small and not a good choice. Chateau does not really chose the best band combinations
but the one it receives with highest power. So in my case for example I disable Band 1 and only keep 3/7/20/28 etc as band.
With that I get better performance.
Maybe try this as well and combine by yourself the bands Chateau can use.
