CCR-1036 8G-2S+ Rebooting because PSU issue

Hi, we’ve on ISP some CCR most of them 1036 8G-2S+ sometimes rebooting automatically or in worst cases constantly after powering up making it impossible to use. Then after some tests, we’ve noticed that has a chronic problem on PSU, they has a output voltage from 24V and come with two 35V capacitors that’s works fine, but on testes they receive some voltage peaks from 47 ~ 48V, so after sometime the 35V capacitor may present a problem, then replacing this capacitors to 50V fixed this issue with hardware rebooting, follow below some images about the capacitors and tests.

I hope this can help some users or guide the manufacturer to fix this issue on PSU.

Okay, you win all the geek points today.

That is not a good PSU if you see 47V peaks on 24V rail… That kind of overshoot could damage electronics…

Did you measure after you replaced capacitor ?

lol, ty!

Yep, after replaced this overshoot didn’t appear on tests anymore, may should been filtered on capacitor, works and don’t burn. They are working fine for months in 24/7.
