Connecting identical subnet machine using NAT 1:1

Hello Everyone!

I am not an IT guy. But I want to learn about connecting network.

I have two machines with identical IP address. (Same Subnet)
Machine A = 192.168.50.0-80
Machine B = 192.168.50.0-80

I want to connect a computer placed in Machine A with ip address 192.168.50.100
and mikrotik MAP 2nd connect ETH1 with Machine A and ETH2 to Machine B.

I read chat gpt and documentation, but i can't still figure out how to configure it.
I have add ip address, create dst nat and src nat. but i lost my way.

Can you help me out?
