Feature Request: VRF aware SNMP

In RouterOS 7 we already have the ability to place mangement services in a certain management VRF. This can be done under /ip/service. This is crucial if you have want out of band management with a fully separate routed network for OoBM. But one “management thing” is still missing: SNMP. It does not make sense to be able to place Winbox, SSH, etc in a separate management vrf but SNMP (which we use to monitor and graph our devices) is stuck in the main VRF.

+1 this is easy i hope MT will consider this too

Is there a update regarding this?

I find it odd that this essential VRF change for OOB management is not possible.

oh and do not forget DNS ... if you have it happen to have your "router management stuff" in a dedicated VRF, currently there is no way to have dns resolving (e.g. for firmware updates...) out of that "MGMT VRF"

so +1 for your request on SNMP vrf-awareness
and +100 to finally get DNS capabilites in a VRF other than "main"
