I had a wAP LTE kit router on one of my site but i repleaced it with an LHG LTE6 kit because of connection problems.
The LHG LTE6 doesn’t eliminate the connection problem which is the router connecting to the ISP’s cell tower (Telekom HU), but sometimes the speed is suddenly drops to 0/0bps and i always must restart the router manually to resolve this situation.
The cell tower is about 6-7km away from the site and has has a clear view from the site. It is obvious the problem isnt the device, because i changed it and to a different model and also seems to be obvious that not the signal strength is the problem because the new device is an LHG LTE6 kit and the signal strength is stable in the “good” range.
I checked the log and i see a bunch of “lte1 link down” and “lte1 link up” messages but it seems the speed stuck at 0/0bps after a few “lte1 link down/up”-s. Sometimes it stucks after the first time and sometimes after the 3rd or 5th time.
Whats left to check?

First try this How to correctly diagnose & collect LTE logs for support .
Remember to upgrade a R11e-LTE6 internal firmware, current is v028.
Witch proper logs you can share to us loges before disconnected. This give us best view at case.
