I also tried this option, and it wouldn't help either (made no change).
Thank you for paying attention to this problem. However, 4.1rc3 has the same UI issues for me as 4.1rc2.
An example of the UI issue in the routing filters table is shown in the video attached (the forum doesn't support mp4, so I had to archive it).
