Hello,
unfortunately I’m having problems with a new RBSXTR&R11e-LTE6 (got it 7 days ago).
Suddenly I find myself without an internet connection, trying a ping 1.1.1.1 directly from SXT results in time out. The connection seems to be “freezed”.
To fix it, the command /interface lte at-chat lte1 input = “AT + reset” (or restarting the device).
Configuration? All default apart APN and frequency bands (3,20), doesn’t help select only LTE in network mode. Also tried with/without cell lock, no difference.
I had this problem with both previous (6.44 and V020) and current ROS/firmware versions.
Everything is up to date but the problem is still there.
Current versions:
ROS: v6.47 (stable)
RouterBOARD’s firmware: v6.47
Modem’s firmware: R11e-LTE6_V025

Any script for mitigation of this behaviour like restart if ping fails are not a solution for me, I think it must work correctly.
I know that the signal is bad, but rebooting did solve the problem (for a few hours), and with other LTE devices I don’t have any problem.
