Strange R11e-LTE6 Issue / Modem hangs, until reset

Dear All!

Is there anybody who got stuck with an error like this?

The device is an LHG-LTE with Cat6 modem. It is used with an unlimited SIM card, without any cell or band lock. The issue is, that after some time, the lte interface got stuck, the connection is not dropping, so it still says registered, but there is no data going through it, and it spams the log with this messages:

It does nothing, until we connect to it from a backup interface, and doing a disable, enable on the LTE interface. I copied the log, what it does after the reset. The modem firmware is V025 (as i see there is no newer)

This is partial log.
Be sure you run the latest MODEM firmware, v025.

Do You mean i should see something else when the device drops the LTE connection? Modem firmware is up to date, like i mentioned in the post, it is V025. Is there anything what i should try to tune, or is this happened with anybody else?

The data “disconnection” is randomly or after some specific time?

In any case you can try to do a script that when detects that after 5 consecutive ping are failed, or best, when on logs “lte,async lte1: rcvd ERROR” appears, try to reset interface to get connection again.

It is not a solution, but I hope that it can help you to keep your connection alive (not stuck).

I write what you can do more but I think you should ask to support about that error because I not have that repeat-one-error at any of my r11e-lte6 modules.
